Recently, an incident from 2018 involving the actor has resurfaced and taken social media by storm. A devoted 62-year-old housewife from Mumbai, who was an ardent admirer of Sanjay Dutt, made headlines when she bequeathed a portion of her inheritance—valued at a staggering 72 crores—to him.Reports indicate that the woman was battling a terminal illness and took every possible step with her bank to ensure her wealth benefitted Dutt. This included 49.6 lakh in cash, alongside a significant portion of her real estate. Remarkably, the woman had never met Sanjay Dutt in person, yet her admiration inspired her to leave her assets to the veteran actor.

Upon learning of this unexpected gesture, Sanjay Dutt was taken aback and felt unsure how to respond. In a surprising turn of events, he declined to accept any of the inheritance, stating, “I will not be claiming anything. I did not know Nisha, and I am overwhelmed by the whole situation.” Dutt emphasized that he had no desire to benefit from such a generous act. Shortly thereafter, his lawyer ensured that the rightful heirs of the woman would receive her estate through the legal channels. If no claimants come forward, the estate would revert to government succession laws.

On the professional front, Sanjay Dutt has starred in numerous hits throughout his career, including iconic films such as ‘Khalnayak,’ ‘Saajan,’ ‘Vaastav,’ and ‘Munna Bhai.’ Looking ahead, reports suggest he will be joining forces again with Ajay Devgn for Luv Ranjan’s upcoming project, ‘Ranger.’ Additionally, he has several other films in the pipeline, including ‘Welcome to the Jungle,’ ‘Baap,’ and ‘KD- The Devil.’
