Tamannaah Bhatia and Sidharth Malhotra have officially begun filming their highly anticipated project, “Vvan: Force of the Forest.” The lead actors excitedly shared this news through their social media accounts.

Tamannaah posted an Instagram story showcasing a glimpse of the set, captioning it “Day Vvan.” In the background, a sign can be seen reading “Way to set.”

Sidharth also updated his followers with a close-up shot of the film’s clapboard, which features the title “Vvan,” along with details like scene numbers and shoot dates. This marks the first time the two actors will be appearing together on screen.

Described as a thrilling drama, “Vvan” is set to hit theaters on May 15, 2026. The film, based in Central India, is expected to delve into themes of wild forests, ancient legends, and hidden temples, inspired by Indian folklore, and presents a unique scenario where timeless myths come to life.

Directed by Deepak Mishra and produced by Arunabh Kumar, the film is backed by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures and The Viral Fever (TVF).

To build excitement, the filmmakers have already released two stunning posters featuring Sidharth and Tamannaah, giving fans a sneak peek at their characters.

Back in April, Tamannaah’s involvement in the project was revealed with an intriguing teaser, which, while not showing her face, depicted her running barefoot in a red saree toward a forest. The clip also shows her lighting a lamp and encountering a sign that warns: “Entering the forest after sunset isn’t allowed.”

In addition to “Vvan,” Sidharth is also busy filming “Param Sundari” alongside Janhvi Kapoor.
