Royal Encounter: Shah Rukh Khan and Virat Kohli’s Dance Shakes Up the IPL!
As soon as Shah Rukh appeared on stage, the energy in the stadium soared. The crowd erupted when he referred to Virat Kohli as the ‘GOAT’ (Greatest of All Time).
“Virat bhai is the only player who has remained loyal to a single franchise since the inception of the IPL. He’s the OG, the GOAT!” SRK proclaimed, pumping up the crowd for the RCB legend.
The moment Kohli stepped onto the stage, a wave of ‘Kohli! Kohli!’ chants swept through the arena. Then came the highlight of the night—SRK successfully persuaded Kohli to join him on the dance floor! The duo shared an incredible moment as they grooved to ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan,’ creating a legendary crossover that captivated fans.
Social media lit up with excitement as videos of Kohli dancing with SRK went viral. Fans from all walks—cricket enthusiasts and Bollywood aficionados alike—couldn’t get enough, making ‘#KingMeetsKing’ trend across platforms.

Before welcoming Kohli to the dance floor, Shah Rukh had already revved up the crowd with a performance alongside KKR’s Rinku Singh. The duo thrilled the audience with ‘Lutt Putt Gaya’ from SRK’s latest film ‘Dunki,’ leaving Kohli in stitches.
Rinku’s infectious energy was matched only by Kohli’s delighted reactions from the stands, reminding everyone that the IPL is not just about fierce competition—it’s also about having fun!
SRK, with his trademark flair, concluded his segment with a memorable line that sent the crowd into a frenzy: “Party Pathan ke ghar pe rakhoge toh mehman nawazi ke liye Pathan khud aayega aur patake bhi layega!”
This set the stage perfectly for the high-octane clash between the Kolkata Knight Riders and the Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
Beyond SRK’s iconic moments, the evening also featured breathtaking performances from Bollywood stars like Shreya Ghoshal, Karan Aujla, and Disha Patani.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay retained the Perambur constituency after winning from two seats in the Assembly election and resigned from the Tiruchchi East seat.
Reports now suggest that popular actor, director, and choreographer Raghava Lawrence may contest the upcoming by-election from Tiruchchi East on behalf of Vijay’s TVK party. The news has been widely discussed on social media.
Raghava Lawrence is known for his charitable work and support for differently-abled people, orphaned children, and senior citizens. His strong public image is seen as an advantage if he enters the race.
Earlier, rumours claimed that actress Trisha Krishnan would contest from the constituency, but those reports were later dismissed.

The by-election for Tiruchchi East has not yet been announced, and there has been no official confirmation regarding the party’s candidate. However, reports indicate that Vijay may choose a close associate to contest from the seat.
Film : Kannada star actor Duniya Vijay is set to appear in the upcoming Telugu film Slum Dog. The movie stars Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role and is directed by Puri Jagannadh.
The film has already created a positive buzz in the Telugu film industry. Reports suggest that Duniya Vijay will be seen in a unique and important role.
The makers have announced that the first teaser of Slum Dog will be released on June 8. They also shared a new poster featuring Vijay Sethupathi holding a blood-stained weapon.
The film is said to be based on life in a slum and revolves around a beggar mafia story. Earlier, the team released a poster of Duniya Vijay in a colorful outfit and hat, creating curiosity about his character.
