Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film, ‘Love and War,’ starring Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and Vicky Kaushal, has generated immense excitement among fans. With the captivating charm of its stars and Bhansali’s distinctive storytelling style, the film has been the talk of the town ever since it was announced. Scheduled for release on Eid 2026, ‘Love and War’ marks the reunion of Ranbir and Vicky after their collaboration in ‘Sanju.’ Reports suggest the film will showcase a high-stakes competition between the leads, who have also been referred to as the stars of ‘Animal’ and ‘Chhavaa.’

This story intertwines the pursuit of love against a war backdrop, pitting Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal against each other. A source close to the production shared insights about the intense confrontations in the film, stating, “The plot focuses on two strong-willed men, portrayed by Ranbir and Vicky, who engage in a rivalry for Alia Bhatt’s character. SLB has already filmed some compelling face-off scenes between the two, and he is very pleased with the outcome. Both actors possess a remarkable screen presence and have delivered electrifying performances.”

Furthermore, this film will mark the second collaboration between Ranbir and Alia with Bhansali, each having previously worked separately with the acclaimed director. Ranbir made his debut in Bhansali’s ‘Saawariya,’ while Alia starred in the blockbuster hit ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi.’ On the flip side, ‘Love and War’ will be Vicky’s first project with the filmmaker. The source added, “Ranbir, Alia, and Vicky have fully embraced SLB’s vision for the film. The shoot is progressing well, and everything is on schedule for its release in March 2026.”

Elaborating on the contrasting characters portrayed by Ranbir and Vicky, the source mentioned, “Both characters have challenging arcs that translate powerfully on screen. While Vicky’s character is more restrained yet steadfast in his beliefs, Ranbir’s role is fiery. It’s a classic clash of fire and ice, with both actors giving larger-than-life performances.”

In ‘Love and War,’ both actors will play officers in the Indian Armed Forces. The film is set to release in theaters on March 20, 2026. In addition, there have been reports that SRK’s film, ‘King,’ is also targeting the same release date.

Ronaldo reportedly tied the knot with Georgina on Tuesday, August 11. The couple surprised fans by sharing an official wedding photo on social media.

The picture shows Ronaldo and Georgina holding hands while wearing their wedding rings. The couple appeared happy as they marked the special occasion.

The wedding took place in Cascais, a picturesque coastal town near Portugal’s capital, Lisbon. The ceremony was kept extremely private, with only their five children reportedly attending the occasion.

Ronaldo and Georgina first met in Madrid in 2016. They have been together for nearly a decade.

The couple has five children: Cristiano Jr., twins Eva and Mateo, Alana Martina, and Bella Esmeralda.

Ronaldo is one of the most decorated footballers in the world. He has scored a record 146 goals for Portugal in international football and has won the prestigious Ballon d’Or award five times.

Mumbai: Actress Rhea Chakraborty has opened up about her early career and financial independence. She also spoke about spending her earnings on changing her appearance.

During a conversation with comedian Tanmay Bhat on his YouTube channel, Rhea recalled her days as an MTV VJ. She said she was earning around Rs.3 lakh as a VJ when she was just 17 or 18 years old.

Rhea said she felt very rich at that age. She revealed that she spent her last salary on “fixing” her face.

The actress made the revelation while comparing an old photograph with her recent appearance. Her statement left the other members of the panel amused.

Rhea also spoke about the pressure to look good in the entertainment industry. She said there was a time when only good-looking people were allowed to speak.

When Tanmay Bhat jokingly asked if he should also get his face “fixed”, Rhea said everyone should consider a facelift. She added that technology has advanced significantly.

Rhea began her career as a VJ before entering the film industry. She made her acting debut with the Telugu film Tuneega Tuneega in 2012. She later made her Bollywood debut with Mere Dad Ki Maruti in 2013.

Her personal life came under intense media attention after the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput in 2020. Rhea faced allegations and was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau during a drugs-related investigation.

In March 2025, the Central Bureau of Investigation closed the case. The agency concluded that Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide and ruled out foul play.

Apart from acting, Rhea has also entered the business world. She runs her brand Chapter 2 with her brother Showik Chakraborty.

Rhea will next be seen in the second season of The Traitors.
