The ‘Sita Ramam’ star stated, “I had dengue last year, and it led to severe hair fall. I was really hard on myself during that time. However, I focused on proper treatment and ensured my vitamins were on track. These are all my baby hairs regrowing. So, don’t be too hard on yourselves.”

She further emphasized, “While shedding is a natural phase, hair will grow back. It’s essential to use fewer products, perform scalp massages, and establish a self-care routine. Please take care of yourselves.”

Previously, Mrunal advised her Instagram followers against wearing hair clutches while driving, highlighting potential discomfort and safety concerns. She shared a reel demonstrating the dangers of wearing such accessories while on the road, cautioning, “Girls, please be very careful, especially when driving! Avoid wearing these clutches!”
