Marcus Rashford has been brought back into the England squad as head coach Thomas Tuchel announced his first lineup since taking over as the manager of the Three Lions. Additionally, 34-year-old Jordan Henderson, a midfielder for Ajax, is back after a long absence since November 2023 and will participate in the matches against Albania and Latvia on March 21 and 24, reports Xinhua.

Sports: Football legend Cristiano Ronaldo has once again grabbed global attention with his massive earnings. Reports suggest that Ronaldo earns around Rs.30 crore from just one 90-minute football match.

The 41-year-old Portuguese star is currently playing for a club in Saudi Arabia. Under his contract, he reportedly earns around Rs.1,700 crore per year. Based on an average of 55 matches a year for both club and country, Ronaldo earns nearly Rs.30 crore for every game he plays.

This means that in just 90 minutes on the football field, Ronaldo earns an amount that is equal to the annual salary expenses of many companies.

Ronaldo’s total net worth is estimated to be more than ₹10,000 crore. He has built this enormous wealth through a football career that has lasted more than two decades. His income also comes from endorsement deals, brand promotions, business investments, and social media activities.

The scale of Ronaldo’s earnings becomes even more striking when compared to an average Indian employee. A person earning Rs.12 lakh per year would need around 2,500 years of work to earn the Rs.30 crore that Ronaldo makes from a single match.
