Mangaluru: Scooter Rider Narrowly Escapes Accident Thanks to Alert Bus Driver.
Mangaluru: A scooter rider had a miraculous escape after falling into a pothole while attempting to overtake a car, thanks to the quick reflexes of a bus driver. The incident occurred near Nanthoor on Saturday night around 8:45 p.m.
According to reports, the scooterist lost control after failing to notice a pothole on the road. Both the rider and the scooter toppled to the ground. At the same time, a private bus named Rajalakshmi (Route No. 15) was approaching from behind.
Bus driver Shashi, who was at the wheel, applied the brakes in time, preventing what could have been a major tragedy. The rider escaped with his life and avoided serious injury.
The terrifying incident was captured on the CCTV camera installed inside the bus, highlighting once again the dangers posed by pothole-ridden roads and the importance of alert driving.
