Speaking to DNA during her visit to Jaipur for the IIFA 2025 weekend, she remarked, “Negative reviews are part of the process. The audience is split. Whether it’s **Animal** or any other past films, they too faced criticism. Everyone has their own preferences; some appreciate realistic cinema while others prefer entertaining escapism. Personally, I crave both at different times. This divide will always exist.”

Chaudhary also noted that she has been receiving a lot of positive feedback from friends and family. She shared, “After the film’s release, I reached out to several close friends, and most said, ‘We’ve already watched it.’ I’ve been inundated with love and supportive messages in my DMs.”

The film, produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment and directed by Shauna Gautam, is set in an upscale school in Delhi. It features Khushi Kapoor as a wealthy girl who hires a fake boyfriend to resolve issues with her friends.
