Mahesh Bhatt Calls Granddaughter Raha ‘A Drop of Divinity’
Film: Veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt has shared his heartfelt feelings about becoming a grandfather. He spoke about his granddaughter, Raha, the daughter of actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
Raha was born in November 2022. Since her birth, she has brought immense joy to the family. Mahesh Bhatt described her arrival as “a drop of divinity” in their lives.
He said that Raha’s presence has filled him with happiness and a deep sense of peace. He added that just thinking about her brings a smile to his face. He also spoke about her personality and described her as lively and intelligent.
Mahesh Bhatt said that watching his daughter Alia and granddaughter Raha together gives him a strong sense of life’s continuity. He explained that it feels special to see two generations grow in front of him. He added that this experience has helped him rediscover the beauty of life.
He also mentioned that every grandfather feels this kind of joy. He said that even simple moments, like talking to Raha, are enough to make his day complete.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor recently celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary. The couple marked the occasion in Austria, surrounded by snow-covered mountains. They shared pictures of their vacation on social media.

In the photos, the couple is seen enjoying time together and skating on snow. One picture also shows Ranbir spending time with Raha and introducing her to animals.

Film: Actor Katrina Kaif celebrated her first Mother’s Day with a sweet surprise from husband Vicky Kaushal and their son Vihaan. Katrina shared photos on social media showing a bouquet of pink roses and a handwritten note.
The note read, “Happy first Mother’s Day, my love! Love, Vihaan and Papa Kaushal!” Katrina also posted a lovely picture with her baby boy while reading the children’s book The Very Hungry Caterpillar. She captioned the post, “A happy mama’s pov.”
Katrina and Vicky welcomed their son Vihaan on November 7, 2025. The couple got married in 2021 at Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan.
