They also denied seizing her car, indicating they assisted in arranging its sale to alleviate her financial strain.

Concerning the legal notice issued to Sae Ron, the agency explained it was a necessary step in the process of resolving her debt, adding that it was not intended to exert pressure for repayment. They noted the potential tax implications if her debt were forgiven and emphasized the context of her March 19, 2024, message to Kim Soo Hyun regarding her financial woes.

In addressing a viral text message from Sae Ron, where she pleaded for assistance with her debt, the agency mentioned that they had advised Soo Hyun not to respond, as they were managing the situation.
