Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra are Anticipating “The Most Beautiful Gift of Their Lives”
On Instagram, Kiara and Sidharth shared a heartwarming picture revealing that they are about to welcome a new member into their family, holding a pair of ivory baby socks. Their caption read, “The greatest gift of our lives. Coming soon,” which quickly garnered a wave of congratulatory comments from their followers.
As soon as the news broke, the film fraternity began sending their best wishes to the couple as they embark on this new journey of parenthood. Ishaan Khattar expressed his excitement with, “Congrats guys! And bless up, lil one! Safe journey.” Shilpa Shetty chimed in with, “Awwwwww congratulations are in order.” Rakul Preet Singh couldn’t contain her joy, commenting, “Omggggggg congratulations guys. So so happy.” Neha Dhupia also shared her delight, stating, “Congratulations, you guys. Best news ever.” Other stars like Sharvari, Ekta Kapoor, and Rhea Kapoor joined in to extend their warm wishes.
This announcement follows months of speculation, sparked by a Christmas post from Kiara in December 2024, where her charming black polka dot dress fueled pregnancy rumors.
Kiara and Sidharth exchanged vows in February 2023 in Rajasthan after dating for several years. During a guest appearance on Koffee with Karan, Kiara recounted the romantic proposal, which took place at a Michelin-star restaurant in Rome. “He planned everything, including a candlelight dinner. Afterward, we took a walk, and suddenly a violinist appeared, while his little nephew filmed from the bushes. He then got down on one knee and proposed. I was so overwhelmed that I didn’t say anything,” she shared. Sidharth even delighted her with dialogues from their film ‘Shershah’ after the proposal.
On the professional front, Kiara is busy working on ‘Toxic’ alongside Yash, and is set to feature in ‘War 2’ with Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR, which is expected to hit theaters on August 15, 2025. She will also star in ‘Don 3’ opposite Ranveer Singh.
Meanwhile, Sidharth’s upcoming project is titled ‘VVAN: Force of the Forest,’ directed by Tushar Jalota, which is scheduled for release on July 25, 2025.
