Karan Johar Celebrates Twins Yash and Roohi: “My Greatest Accomplishment!”
Reflecting on his journey as a father, Karan described it as his “greatest achievement,” highlighting the profound influence his children have had on his life.
“I named them after my parents because I believe that, beyond lineage and names, emotions must endure… They are my entire world!!!” he expressed, honoring his late father, Yash Johar, and his mother, Hiroo Johar.
The heartfelt post wrapped up with a touching birthday wish: “Happy birthday Roohi and Yash… My biggest prayer for you both is to always be kind.”
Following Karan’s post, a flood of birthday wishes poured in from Bollywood celebrities such as Farah Khan, Kajol, Manish Malhotra, and Malaika Arora, all showering warmth and love on the twins.
Karan Johar welcomed Yash and Roohi through surrogacy in February 2017. Their names carry significant emotional value; Yash is named after his late father, while Roohi’s name is derived from an anagram of his mother’s name, Hiroo.
Over the years, Karan has frequently shared insights into his fatherhood journey, conveying how his children have brought immeasurable happiness into his life.

Actor Cockroach Sudhi, popular for his villainous roles in films like Tagaru, Salaga, and Bhima, was the first contestant to enter the Bigg Boss house. The second confirmed contestant is actress Manju Bhashini, known for her performances in television serials such as Mayamruga, Silli Lalli, and Puttakkana Makkalu. Social media personality Mallamma from North Karnataka, famous for her outspoken style, entered as the third contestant.
