IIFA 2025: Shah Rukh Khan’s Iconic Pose Illuminates the Jaipur Skyline
Before SRK graced the stage, the night sky over Jaipur transformed into a breathtaking spectacle as hundreds of drones united to depict his name, his iconic arms-wide-open stance, and a majestic crown—an emblem of the ‘King Khan’ himself. This stunning aerial display left the audience in awe, perfectly setting the mood for the excitement that was about to unfold.
As the drone show came to an end, the energy in the venue surged. SRK made his entrance dressed in a stylish all-black outfit, greeting his fans with his signature “Adaab.” His mere presence sent the crowd into a frenzy, but he had so much more to offer.
Shah Rukh Khan delivered a high-energy medley of his greatest hits at IIFA, ensuring that the excitement never waned. From ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’ to ‘Lungi Dance’ and ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’ to ‘Shava Shava,’ each track had the audience on their feet, with cheers growing louder with each beat.

A particularly nostalgic highlight of the night was SRK’s reunion with his ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’ co-star, Madhuri Dixit. Together, they recreated the magic of the 1997 classic by dancing to ‘Koi Ladki Hai.’ Seeing them perform together after so many years left fans swept up in an emotional whirlwind of joy and nostalgia.
Beyond the performances, SRK made sure his fans felt valued. Many had waited for hours just to catch a glimpse of him, and he was more than willing to oblige, taking time to wave, smile, and interact with them. On the green carpet, he shared a heartwarming moment with singer Shreya Ghoshal, wrapping her in a warm hug and posing for photos. This interaction quickly became a hot topic among fans online.
Bengaluru: Veteran Kannada supporting actress Lalithamma, who had worked in theatre, films and television for over three decades, passed away on Sunday at the age of 65.
Lalithamma had been suffering from a stroke for the past two and a half months. As she had no one to take care of her, she was receiving shelter and care from the Amma’s Madilu Trust.
Lalithamma had dedicated nearly 35 years to the theatre industry. She performed in hundreds of stage plays and also appeared in several Kannada films and television serials.
She gained recognition among Kannada audiences through her role as ‘Saraayi Sharade’ in Darshan-starrer Suntara Gaali.
She later acted in several popular films, including Jackie, Vajrakaya, Jungli Kitturu and Putra, among others.

Lalithamma was also part of several television serials, including Rangoli, Mangalya and Mahamayi.
Known for her supporting roles and long-standing contribution to the entertainment industry, Lalithamma’s death has left her colleagues and well-wishers mourning her loss.
Entertainment: Arjun Tendulkar celebrated his 27th birthday on Friday with wishes from family, friends and fans.
Among the many messages, his sister Sara Tendulkar shared a heartfelt birthday note for him. She posted a special photo montage on Instagram in collaboration with Lucknow Super Giants.
The montage featured several pictures from their childhood. It also included a sweet moment of Arjun resting on Sara’s shoulder.
Sara called Arjun her “baby brother” and said she would always be protective of him. She recalled watching him grow up and praised his hard work and discipline.
“Happy Birthday to the one person who has been annoying me for as long as I can remember. And somehow still manages to be my favourite person,” Sara said in the video.
She added that she was proud of the person Arjun had become. Sara also expressed her love for her younger brother and wished him on his special day.
The post was captioned, “Hey Arjun Tendulkar, someone has a special birthday wish for you.”
Sara has often shared her love for Arjun on social media. Last year, she wished him with a collage and called him her.”

She also shared an emotional message when Arjun married Saaniya Chandok. Sara wished the couple a happy life filled with blessings and happiness.
Sachin Tendulkar also wished his son on his birthday. He shared a picture with Sara and Arjun from the latter’s mehendi ceremony.
“Watching you grow into the person you are today has been one of the greatest joys of my life. Happy birthday, Arjun. Keep being you,” Sachin wrote.
Entertainment: Veteran actor Mushtaq Khan has died at the age of 56 after a prolonged battle with cancer. He was known for his supporting roles in films like Welcome.
Filmmaker Anees Bazmee paid an emotional tribute to the actor on Instagram. He remembered Mushtaq Khan as a talented artist and a kind person.
Actor Sanjay Mishra also mourned his death. He recalled their close bond and said Mushtaq Khan was someone he could turn to for advice.
Actor Raza Murad and comedian Sunil Pal also expressed their grief.
