Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel Takes Sacred Dip at Triveni Sangam, Commends Yogi for Excellent Arrangements

In the midst of a gathering of devotees at Prayagraj, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel arrived on Friday to partake in a holy dip at Triveni Sangam. Following the sacred ritual, he commended the Yogi government for its well-organized preparations, emphasizing the smooth experience provided for pilgrims.

“It is a privilege to immerse myself in the waters of Triveni Sangam. The arrangements here are outstanding, and everyone is enjoying their visit without any inconvenience,” he remarked.

Before arriving at the Sangam, CM Patel visited the Bade Hanuman Temple to offer his prayers. He also toured the Gujarat Pavilion in Sector 7, where he appreciated the cultural and spiritual displays. Complimenting the extensive organization of the Mahakumbh, Patel said, “Under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the arrangements here are truly extraordinary. Everything, from cleanliness to essential services, has been managed exceptionally well.”

To ensure his safety, CM Patel arrived at Triveni Sangam by motorboat, taking a dip while Vedic mantras were chanted. He performed the Arghya (water offering) ritual to the Sun God, along with Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi, who also participated in the holy dip. The Chief Minister later conducted Ganga Pujan and Ganga Aarti.

Notably, CM Bhupendra Patel landed in Prayagraj on Friday morning at 9 am via state aircraft and was greeted warmly by Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi. His first destination was the Bade Hanuman Temple, where he engaged in traditional prayers and aarti amidst the chanting of Vedic mantras. As a blessing, Mahant Balbir Giri Ji Maharaj, the head of Baghambari Gaddi, gifted him a replica of the Shri Lete Hue Hanumanji Temple.

After the temple visit, CM Patel continued to Sector 7 to explore the Gujarat Pavilion, where he admired replicas of the Statue of Unity, Sabarmati Ashram, and Sun Temple. He also reviewed the medical camp, literature stalls, and various exhibition galleries, praising the arrangements made for attendees.

In a significant initiative, he inaugurated a 400-bed dormitory to accommodate the large influx of devotees from Gujarat, ensuring their comfort during this grand religious gathering.

Man Killed by Wife’s Lover in Andhra Pradesh, Son Raises Alarm

Andhra Pradesh: A 45-year-old man was killed by his wife’s lover in Annamayya district of Andhra Pradesh. The incident happened on Monday night in a forest area near Chowdepalli.

The victim, Gandhi from Tamil Nadu, had come with his five-year-old son to search for his wife. Police said the wife was in a relationship with another man named Narasimhulu.

Narasimhulu allegedly took Gandhi and the child into the forest. He and his aides then attacked Gandhi with a stone and killed him in front of the boy.

The frightened child hid in nearby bushes. After the attackers left, he stayed beside his father’s body the whole night.

At sunrise, the boy walked to a nearby village and informed locals. The police were alerted and started an investigation.

Police have taken the accused and his two aides into custody. The child has been placed in a care centre.

Woman Delivers Baby Girl on Train in Andhra Pradesh

Andhra Pradesh : A pregnant woman gave birth to a baby girl on a moving train in Andhra Pradesh. The incident ended safely with the help of railway staff.

The woman was eight months pregnant. She boarded the train with her family, believing she still had one month left for delivery. She was travelling from Chennai to Dhanbad on Train No. 13352.

After the train crossed Annavaram station, she began to feel labour pain. Her family members became worried and immediately informed the ticket examiner.

Railway staff member G. Jyothi responded quickly and helped the woman. Understanding the emergency, the train was given a special halt at Elamanchili station. An ambulance was also arranged.

The woman delivered a healthy baby girl on the train. After the delivery, both the mother and the newborn were shifted to Elamanchili Government Hospital in a 108 ambulance.

Officials confirmed that both the mother and baby are safe and healthy. The train was halted at the station for about 40 minutes to manage the situation.

Railway staff ensured privacy by asking male passengers to leave the coach. Their timely action helped ensure a safe delivery.

This incident highlights the importance of quick response and human support during emergencies.
