On Wednesday, General Anil Chauhan, the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) and Secretary of the Department of Military Affairs (DMA), inaugurated significant infrastructure projects at the Naval Base in Karwar, Karnataka. This event highlighted the opening of residential accommodations for Senior Sailors and a Main Distribution SubStation, which are vital components of Phase IIA of the ongoing Project Seabird.
