Ektaa Kapoor Embraces Spirituality with a Sacred Dip at the Maha Kumbh

In recent weeks, a multitude of devotees have made their way to Maha Kumbh. Among the pilgrims, television and film producer Ektaa Kapoor visited Prayagraj to take a holy dip in the sacred waters.Using her official Instagram account, Ektaa shared glimpses of her visit with her followers, showcasing her joyful experience. In one of the videos, Arunabh Kumar, the founder of TVF, can also be spotted joining her during the trip.

Just a few days ago, the TV mogul posted a nostalgic video on social media. The clip featured her admiring a poster of her iconic father, Jeetendra, displayed prominently on a wall. An overjoyed Ektaa captioned the post, “Went to see a movie! Saw the one person I love, adore, and admire on a wall! So happy!!! #smalljoys #daddysgirl.”

In the video, Ektaa expressed her pride, saying, “Going to watch a film and seeing your dad as one of the legends on a poster there…feeling proud.”

In another vein, Ektaa Kapoor’s production, “The Sabarmati Report,” has garnered appreciation from several notable leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On X, PM Modi wrote, “Joined fellow NDA MPs at a screening of ‘The Sabarmati Report.’ I commend the makers of the film for their effort.”

Grateful for the recognition, Ektaa took to social media to express her appreciation: “A moment of immense pride as The Sabarmati Report reaches the highest office! Thank you, Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi Ji, for your kind words and encouragement. We are deeply grateful, Sir @narendramodi ji.”

“The Sabarmati Report” stars Vikrant Massey, Raashii Khanna, and Ridhi Dogra in lead roles. The film is based on the tragic incident involving the burning of the Sabarmati Express train, which occurred on February 27, 2002, when a mob set fire to the S6 coach near the Godhra railway station in Gujarat.

Film: Kannada film Lucia completed 13 years on September 6. The film, starring Sathish Ninasam and Shruti Hariharan, created a new wave in Kannada cinema.

Directed by Pawan Kumar, Lucia was made on a limited budget through crowdfunding. The film received a strong response from the audience. Its music also remains popular even today.

Over the years, fans have repeatedly asked for a sequel. However, Pawan Kumar had earlier not taken the idea of Lucia 2 seriously.

Now, on the film’s 13th anniversary, the director has hinted that he is thinking about making a sequel. In a social media post, Pawan Kumar questioned why a sequel to Lucia should not be made.

Pawan Kumar has stayed away from filmmaking for some time. His last directorial venture was the Malayalam film Dhoomam.

The latest hint has once again raised excitement among Lucia fans. However, there is no official confirmation about the film’s cast, story or release date yet.
