Dulquer Salmaan’s ‘I’m Game’ Signals His Exciting Return to Malayalam Cinema
The caption read, “The Game is On! #RollYourDice #ImGame,” offering a sneak peek into the film’s intense storyline. Previously known as ‘DQ40,’ this marks his 40th project in the industry.
Directed by Nahas Hidhayath, ‘I’m Game’ is co-produced by Dulquer under his banner, Wayfarer Films. This film is his return to Malayalam cinema after ‘King of Kotha’ in 2023, which, despite high expectations, had a lukewarm reception at the box office.

In addition to ‘I’m Game,’ Dulquer has another exciting venture on the horizon — ‘Kaantha,’ a multilingual film set in 1950s Madras. He unveiled the first-look poster for this project last month, commemorating his 13 years in the film industry.
Directed by Selvamani Selvaraj and produced by Rana Daggubati, ‘Kaantha’ delves into human relationships amid societal transformations, featuring actress Bhagyashri Borse in the cast.
With these upcoming films, Dulquer Salmaan is poised to showcase his versatility across various genres and languages.
