The fourth installment of the ‘Dhamaal’ franchise has kicked off its first shooting schedule in the picturesque Malshej Ghat, Maharashtra. Ajay Devgn, who not only stars in the film but also produces it, took to Instagram on Thursday to share a behind-the-scenes snapshot featuring the cast and crew. And it looks like everyone is back for more fun!

In Ajay’s photo, the cast radiates that familiar mischief we all adore from this series. Leading the ensemble are comedy heavyweights like Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jaaferi, Riteish Deshmukh, and Sanjay Mishra.

They are joined by a talented array of fresh faces, including Sanjeeda Shaikh, Anjali Anand, Upendra Limaye, and Ravi Kishan. And yes, fan-favorite Vijay Patkar is back to add to the insanity.

Once again at the helm is director Indra Kumar, steering the ‘Dhamaal’ ship for the fourth time. Joining him are powerhouse producers Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashok Thakeria, Anand Pandit, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and, of course, Devgn himself.

The original film featured Sanjay Dutt, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Aashish Chaudhary, and Jaaved Jaaferi as a group of misfits on a wild treasure hunt. This madcap comedy was filled with absurd situations, memorable dialogues, and timeless slapstick humor.

The film’s success paved the way for two sequels: ‘Double Dhamaal’ in 2011 and ‘Total Dhamaal’ in 2019. Both installments continued the franchise’s trademark chaotic comedy while escalating the scale and star power with each release.
