However, some Desi fans of the BLACKPINK member have voiced their dissatisfaction, pointing out that the sampled music closely resembles Alia Bhatt’s ‘Rani theme’ from the film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.’

In the teaser shared on social media, pulsating beats accompany the repeated chanting of Jennie’s name, but listeners quickly noticed its striking similarity to Alia’s theme from Karan Johar’s romantic comedy, set to Pritam’s music. Following this revelation, numerous social media users from India shared their discontent regarding the situation, with several noting that Pritam himself has faced accusations of plagiarism in the past.

Many online commenters expressed their disappointment, with some comparing the two tracks and asserting that Alia’s version is superior. One user remarked, “It’s just a copy.
