Company Offers Unique Bonus: Count as Much Cash as You Can in 15 Minutes – It’s Yours!
In an extraordinary move, a company gave its employees an unconventional year-end bonus—whatever amount they could count within 15 minutes, they could take home. The viral video of this event has taken social media by storm, with netizens wondering when they’ll get such a golden opportunity.
Typically, companies distribute bonuses to employees either through direct bank transfers or checks. However, this Chinese company decided to take a different approach. The boss of Henan Mining Crane Co. Ltd. spread a staggering 100 million yuan (approximately ₹70 crore) in cash on a table and allowed employees to take as much as they could count within 15 minutes.
Employees Rush to Grab Their Share
Employees eagerly lined up, seizing the chance to grab as much cash as possible. The video, originally posted on mothershipsg’s Instagram account, shows workers hurriedly counting and collecting stacks of banknotes from the table. Within minutes, the room was filled with excitement as employees scrambled to maximize their take-home amount.
The video, uploaded just a day ago, has already garnered over 1 million views and numerous comments. Some users expressed envy, while others criticized the method. One user sarcastically commented, “My company gives tons of work instead of money.” Another remarked, “Instead of turning this into a circus, wouldn’t it be easier to deposit the bonus directly into employees’ bank accounts?”
Despite the mixed reactions, the video continues to amaze viewers worldwide, with many wishing they could experience such a unique bonus system in their own workplaces.
