Blake Lively Posts New Selfie with Husband Ryan Reynolds During Ongoing Legal Dispute
Recently, the 37-year-old Lively shared a cozy selfie with her 48-year-old husband, as reported by ‘People’ magazine.
She posted the photo on her Instagram Stories, accompanied by The Rolling Stones’ classic 1971 song “Wild Horses.”
According to ‘People’, the image features Lively smiling while leaning against Reynolds’ head and shoulder, bundled up in a navy blue coat. Reynolds, on his part, wore a vibrant knit sweater and a light blue beanie that read “Wrexham Lager,” a brand associated with his and Rob McElhenney’s Welsh soccer team, Wrexham A.F.C.
Ryan has been a supportive partner to Blake, whom he married in 2012, during her highly publicized legal battle with Baldoni, 41. In December 2024, Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, accusing him and others of sexual harassment and orchestrating a retaliatory smear campaign, claims he denies.
In January, Baldoni filed a countersuit against Lively, Reynolds, and their publicist, alleging defamation and extortion. A court trial is set for March 2026.
Lively’s recent social media post comes after her appearance at the premiere of her new film, “Another Simple Favor,” marking her first movie release since her ongoing legal issues with Baldoni commenced.
On March 7, she graced the red carpet in Austin, Texas, as her comedic-thriller sequel kicked off the 2025 SXSW Film & TV Festival. Just days later, the “Gossip Girl” alum posted a social media recap of her festival experience.
In her caption, she expressed, “Watching @asimplefavor opening night @sxsw felt like a rock concert. Thank you to the very best audience.” She added, “Making this movie was already the gift; every element of it. To share it with you all and feel the love returned to us was the best feeling. Thank you for having us, Austin.”
