‘Bharat’ Track from ‘The Diplomat’ Released; John Abraham Prepares for Gripping Thriller
Directed by Shivam Nair, ‘The Diplomat’ distinguishes itself from conventional action thrillers, focusing instead on the intricate art of diplomacy where strategy and negotiation triumph over brute force.
The recently released trailer showcases a high-stakes mission in which John Abraham portrays J.P. Singh, an Indian diplomat on a perilous rescue operation. Alongside him, the film features a talented cast that includes Sadia Khateeb, Sharib Hashmi, Revathy, and Kumud Mishra.
In his portrayal, John Abraham remarked, “Diplomacy is a battlefield where words hold more power than weapons. Playing J.P. Singh enabled me to delve into a realm where intellect, resilience, and subtle heroism define strength. Uzma’s story represents India’s fortitude and bravery, and I am honored to bring this inspiring narrative to life.”
Director Shivam Nair shared his perspective as well, describing the film as a tribute to the unsung heroes who safeguard their nation with patience and strategy rather than aggression.

Manipal: The makers of the upcoming Tulu film Kajja have released the vibrant video song “Tulunada Mann,” offering a colourful tribute to the culture and heritage of Tulunadu.
The song is sung by music director Likit Prasad Shetty and Divyanidhi Rai, with lead actor Siddharth Shetty delivering energetic dance performances. Beautifully shot by cinematographer Chantu Meppayur, the video showcases iconic locations across Mangaluru, including Kudroli, along with traditional art forms such as Bharatanatyam and Tiger Dance.
Penned by Mohan Raj and composed by Likit Prasad Shetty, the track highlights the rich cultural identity of the coastal region.

Produced by Vishanth Menezes under the Sumukha Productions banner, Kajja is directed by Jishnu S. Menon and Siddharth Shetty. The film also features multilingual actor Vasishta N. Simha in a key role.
Following special premiere screenings across Coastal Karnataka, Kajja is set for a statewide theatrical release on June 11.
