Arjun Kapoor Unveils His Wedding Plans!

Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, and Rakul Preet Singh are joining forces for their first film together, titled ‘Mere Husband Ki Biwi’. This romantic comedy is expected to deliver a hearty dose of laughter. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the movie is currently in the promotional phase ahead of its release on February 21, 2025.

At a recent promotional event, Arjun was quizzed about his marriage plans. With his signature wit, he replied, “I’ll inform you all when it happens. Today, we should focus on discussing the film. I’ve already shared enough personal details when I felt at ease. When the moment is right, I won’t hesitate to update you.” He stressed that the main focus should be on celebrating the film’s release.

Arjun’s remarks come on the heels of his public breakup with actress Malaika Arora, with whom he recently attended a Diwali celebration hosted by Raj Thackeray. Although he confirmed that he is currently single, fans will have to remain patient for more specifics regarding his personal life.

Meanwhile, the team unveiled the first poster for ‘Mere Husband Ki Biwi’, featuring the lead trio in a comical tug-of-war. Arjun is positioned in the center, with Bhumi and Rakul each gripping one of his arms while seated on a horse.

Sharing the poster on Instagram, Arjun humorously captioned it, “Khencho… Aur khencho!!! Sharafat ki yehi saza toh hoti hai… Kalesh ho ya clash, phassta toh mujh jaisa aam aadmi hai. #MereHusbandKiBiwi In Cinemas 21st February 2025.” Both Bhumi and Rakul also shared their own versions of the poster, featuring playful edits against each other.

In addition to the lead actors, the film includes Shakti Kapoor, Anita Raj, Dino Morea, and Aditya Seal in significant roles. The cinematography is managed by Manoj Kumar Khatoi, with Ninad Khanolkar in charge of editing.

Reports now suggest that popular actor, director, and choreographer Raghava Lawrence may contest the upcoming by-election from Tiruchchi East on behalf of Vijay’s TVK party. The news has been widely discussed on social media.

Raghava Lawrence is known for his charitable work and support for differently-abled people, orphaned children, and senior citizens. His strong public image is seen as an advantage if he enters the race.
