Indian cinema icon Rajinikanth recently shared the source of the positive energy that many experience in his presence. He credits his uplifting demeanor to the Kriya Yoga practice he has adopted over the years.

Currently visiting the YSS Ashram in Ranchi, the actor addressed his fans via a video message that has quickly gained popularity.

In the clip, Rajinikanth stated, “I am at the YSS Ashram in Ranchi for the third time, having first visited in 2002. Thanks to the blessings of my Guru, I had two fulfilling days here. I was fortunate to spend time meditating in the Guru’s room, where I experienced an hour of deep meditation. The time flew by, and I emerged feeling incredibly joyful.”

He went on to reveal the secret behind the positivity that people often associate with him: “When people say I exude vibrancy and positivity, the secret lies in my practice of Kriya Yoga. Since I began this journey, I’ve transformed in ways I find hard to articulate—there’s a profound silence within.”

Rajinikanth continued, “I started practicing Kriya in 2002 and have now completed 21 years. While I initially struggled to notice any changes, I remained disciplined and committed, even through moments of doubt. However, after about 10 to 12 years, I truly began to appreciate its impact.”

He elaborated on the effects of Kriya Yoga, saying, “It has bestowed upon me a unique sense of peace. Even amidst daily responsibilities, I feel a sense of detachment from worldly concerns… Things have a way of falling into place effortlessly.”

“If a guru guides you even once, they remain with you, supporting you along the way. The power of Kriya is known to those who practice it; for others, it remains a sacred secret,” Rajinikanth added. “Those fortunate enough to experience it are bound to a legacy that transcends generations. You can only truly understand its effects through practice—I speak from my own experience.”

Expressing his desire to return, Rajinikanth concluded by sharing his intent to visit the Ashram annually, hoping to stay for seven to ten days each time.
