AC Coach of Thiruvananthapuram-Delhi Rajdhani Express Catches Fire
Jaipur: A fire broke out in an AC coach of the Thiruvananthapuram to Delhi Rajdhani Express train in Rajasthan on Sunday morning. The incident took place near Vikramgarh Alot railway station in Kota division.
According to railway officials, the fire was reported in the B-1 coach at around 5:15 am. There were 68 passengers in the coach at the time of the incident.
No injuries or casualties were reported in the accident. Railway staff quickly separated the affected coach from the train. The overhead power supply was also switched off immediately as a safety measure.

All passengers were safely evacuated from the train. Officials arranged alternative transport for the passengers to reach Kota.
Train number 12431 Rajdhani Express had started its journey from Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala on Friday. The train was scheduled to reach Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station in Delhi at 12:30 pm on Sunday.

Railway officials said the train had already covered around 2,600 kilometres when the fire broke out. The train was about 450 kilometres away from Delhi at the time of the incident.
The fire was brought under control within a short time. Officials have started an investigation to find out the exact reason for the fire.

Thiruvananthapuram: Several devotees from Karnataka have expressed anger over the arrangements at the Kottiyoor Temple festival in Kerala. They have alleged poor management and rude behavior by temple staff and security personnel.
Devotees claimed they had to wait for 8 to 10 hours for darshan. Long queues stretching up to 5 to 6 kilometers were reported. Some visitors felt unwell due to the long wait, while others returned without having darshan.

Videos circulating on social media reportedly show crowding, pushing, and security staff behaving harshly with devotees. Some devotees also alleged that even those who paid ₹1,000 for VIP tickets did not receive proper access for darshan.

Many Kannada-speaking devotees have urged others to avoid visiting the temple until the crowd management situation improves. Temple authorities have not yet responded to the allegations.
