Abhilash Chaudhary Discusses What Sets Salman Khan Apart from Other Actors

Actor Abhilash Chaudhary, who shares the screen with Salman Khan in the upcoming film “Sikandar,” expressed his admiration for the superstar and the distinctive traits that set him apart in the film industry.

When questioned about the most valuable lesson he’s learned from Salman, Chaudhary praised Khan’s boundless energy and extraordinary ability to effortlessly adapt to various roles and situations.

Abhilash shared with IANS, “His energy is truly unmatched. What I find most impressive is his quick adaptability. Whether it’s an action sequence, dance performance, or delivering dialogue, he immerses himself seamlessly. I’ve worked with many actors, but his unique style and energy are exceptional. He doesn’t need to say much to get his point across. Sometimes, a simple smile from him would affirm that I did well. It’s a distinct form of communication. He doesn’t require lengthy compliments; his smile speaks volumes.”

Reflecting on his experience with Salman, Chaudhary said, “It has always been a dream to work with Salman sir. As a huge fan, sharing the screen with him has been a lifelong goal. Although I had a brief cameo in Dabangg 3, I didn’t have any scenes with him. So, I always hoped for the chance to collaborate closely. I met him last year at the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) in Dubai and prayed for an opportunity to work with him. Shortly after, I was offered this role in Sikandar. When we began shooting, I mentioned my prayers to him, and he graciously suggested I aim for something even bigger! For me, the opportunity to work with him was already monumental.”

Chaudhary also recounted some surprising moments during filming, highlighting Salman’s ability to impress those around him with his easygoing nature.

“There were several unforgettable moments. One that stood out was when we played cricket together. I arrived at the set thinking about my lines and character, but Salman sir was playing cricket and invited me to join him. We spent an hour enjoying the game, which was a delightful break. On another occasion, one of his team members noticed that I hadn’t been able to work out due to our busy schedule, and Salman himself offered me access to the gym. Such thoughtful gestures reveal his caring nature,” he elaborated.

“Sikandar,” directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, stars Salman Khan in the lead role and is set to hit theaters on March 30, 2025.
